Winter Camping - Minimal Gear and a Natural Shelter

It has been many months since my last camping trip. It felt so good to be back out in the woods and to be back in front of the camera.
I didn't focus too much on filming this adventure. I mainly just wanted to enjoy being back in the outdoors once again.
I put together this short video of the first day of my trip where I found my camp, set up a simple little bark-roof shelter, and started a fire to keep me warm. The night was pleasant and I kept my fire burning bright which when paired with my wool blanket was plenty enough to keep me warm.
