Canoe Insanity

It's only crazy if you look at it from the eyes of a psychologist. Or any sane person for that matter. But then again, I never claimed to have all my ducks in a row. That being said, IT IS fun to mess around every now and again.
That's how great ideas are born.
THIS however, might lie in the category of interesting, but ultimately not worth the effort. One motor (especially wired with a proper breaker) would surely move the canoe along just fine. And wouldn't freak out the battery as much. And would lift up out of the water easier when it got shallow...
ALRIGHT! I admit it. This idea might just be dumb.
But somehow, it still brings a smile to my face. Hopefully it brought you a few minutes of joy too.

On another note, this day I had filmed myself out there and then played around with those trolling motors, but I caught no fish. And the 'build' didn't take all that much effort. It smelt like it had all the fixings of a skunk and a less-then epic day. Many times like that have wound up the way of rotten footage that never sees the light of social media. But stories like that aren't always losers. We all have had days that didn't go as planned. Some that might have involved a bunch of drama. But that IS life. And spun just right, it makes for memorable times that eventually become the 'good ol' days' that we reflect back upon. Don't let them all go by without realizing you're living those 'good ol' days' right now! If you're reading this, thanks for joining me for this episode of real life and hijinks. It WAS fun.
