NIU-CGS workforce development team has developed and implemented an evaluation model for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) programs. The model employs both quantitative and qualitative analyses. The evaluation team will share initial results of the disproportionate impact analysis and discuss the process for the qualitative analysis.
