We can't all run right out and buy the nicest artist-grade pencils on the market, but that doesn't mean we have to settle for low-quality junk that leaks, skips, or outright doesn't work. Here are my tips for getting GOOD supplies on a budget, and if you watch to the end, you'll even discover a way to get started with the adult coloring trend for $20 or less.
