Handwara: Old Age Persons, PWDs Cast Vote From Home

Handwara : In Handwara 97 out of 98 registered voters who are either above 85-yr-old or having disability polled their voter from home under special initiative of the Election Commission of Indian. Elderly residents lauded the Election Commission of India for pioneering this initiative, which brought polling stations to their doorsteps Aziz Ahmed, the Deputy Commissioner of Handwara, expressed delight in facilitating the process,
