Andy also highlights the M/J 5's impressive electronics and hardware. Featuring a Sadowsky quad-coil humbucker and passive hum-cancelling stacked J pickup, this bass offers a wide range of tonal possibilities. Active EQ controls with a boost-only preamp circuit allow for precise sound shaping. Additional features include a quick-release bridge, easy-access truss rod adjustment, copper-shielded cavity, and quick-access control cavity cover.
