Configuring Class of Service | Juniper

Carrying on from a previous video, we’re looking at configuring CoS on a Juniper router or switch.

This uses several steps:
Forwarding classes (queues)
Classifier (eg, Fixed, BA, or MF)
Possibly a firewall filter (for a Multi Field classifier)
Applying the classifier to an interface
Scheduler (allocate bandwidth and buffer space)
A scheduler map to link the scheduler to the forwarding class

At the end, we’ll look at some verification commands that you can use to check your config.
