In this upper body and core resistance band workout, we'll do a Functional Circuits class format. Class is all low-impact. We start on the mat and make our way to stand.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
—Resistance band loop (I'm switching between my extra light, light, and medium bands) - this is the set I use: http://amzn.to/2r952Ai

Class is broken up into three circuits. In each circuit, you'll do three exercises back to back, for 1 minute 45 seconds of work. You then rest for 30 seconds before repeating the sequence. You complete 3-4 sets total depending on unilateral vs bilateral work.

We'll start class with a guided warm up focused on upper body mobility and finish class with a quick guided cool down.

(45 sec) Windmill
(30 sec) Rotate and row in windmill
(30 sec) Row and rotate
