A few weeks ago I paid a visit to my friend ‪@julienmueller‬ in La Rochelle in the West of France. Julien is one of the musician who inspired me the most with my musical projects, we had the chance to meet thanks to Youtube 4 years ago.
This time in La Rochelle, we played on the old harbour each night for "rochellois" people, and the last night I wanted to record this version of "Le Sud" by Nino Ferrer. This song has quite some meaning as it was one of the first I learnt when I was younger and performed live when I lived in Singapore.

Il y a quelques semaines, je rendais visite à mon ami ‪@julienmueller‬ à La Rochelle. Julien est l'une des personnes qui m'a le plus inspirée et aidée dans mes projets musicaux, nous avions eu la chance de nous rencontrer il y a 4 ans grâce à Youtube !

Cette fois-ci à la Rochelle, nous avons joué chaque soir sur le Vieux Port pour les Rochellois d'ici ou de passage.
Le dernier soir je voulais enregistrer cette version du Sud de Nino Ferrer. Cette chanson est importante pour moi car c'est l'une des toutes premières que j'ai apprise à jouer et chanter devant un public lorsque j'habitais encore à Singapour.
