This is a First Amendment Audit of the Town of Pittsford, NY town hall on September 17th 2024. The town hall was a beautiful older building marked 1890 on the outside. The inside was just as beautiful walking in. No one at the Clerk's office seemed to mind or care the Erie County Fam was taking photos in public. It wasn't till the town Supervisor William A. Smith, Jr came out and got the Town attorney Robert B. Koegel involved. The town attorney was then following the Erie County Fam around to make sure We didn't plant any viruses or steal anything... and at the end the attorney threatened to call armed men to remove a journalist doing an investigation 🔎...
