You know how important gratitude is. We talk about gratitude as this things that we will feel after a desirable event takes place or we have it, as a result of having something that we like. Well my friends. Gratitude is not just a result of desirable outcomes; it can be the cause of them.

Hello my friends. Welcome or welcome back to my channel, a population of positive peeps. I am Lori, your positivity princess. I am here spreading happiness, positivity and today its about gratitude.

Yes my friends, you heard me right. Gratitude and the intense feeling of it, can actually cause amazing things to happen for you.
It is simple too. Consider the thought cycle or thought loop. If you start here at thoughts, the thought is “I am grateful for my home, my car, my children” etc. This bring on good feelings of gratitude, love, happiness etc. this leads to actions that create results that are favourable. Then new thoughts are formed…that are also of gratitude for these new results. We can call this the gratitude cycle. See it is contagious.

I have a little treat for you all. I have 4 games to show you. All 4 games use simple props from around the house and they are easy to find or create.
I will show you each and explain it. Afterwards I want to ask you to try one or more and let me know which was your favourite.


The four games include:
The alphabet game
Filling your bucket game
Roll the dice game
And …the card game.


Each of these games can be played with literally any age. Which do you think you like the most? Which will you try. I will be using these with my grade 9 classes soon.

Also, there is a book by Andrew Kap. It is called, the last law of attraction book that you will ever need to read. It is an amazing resource of LOA methods but it also holds a good collection of gratitude ideas and activities too.
