Chester Park Duluth - Winter Scenic Trail Run - Virtual Run for Treadmill

n early morning, icy COLD late fall/early winter run through Duluth's scenic Chester Park and Chester Bowl. Join me to peep at some ice-laden waterfalls (before they're completely frozen) and take in Duluth's right-in-town ski hill. If you've never been through Chester Park, you'll have a hard time believing you're less than two miles from Canal Park -- instead of 50 miles up the North Shore.

I had the good sense to wear my shoes with built-in carbide spikes, so [spoiler alert] I didn't fall down in this one. Sorry everyone; I'll try to do worse next time.
