To replace a bulb in the ceiling light, first turn off power at light switch or at breaker box
Locate one of the three upper tabs and firmly pull down to release ring from tab
While holding the glass, press up on one of the secondary tabs to release glass shroud
Replace bulb
Re-secure glass into secondary tabs
Re-secure ring into upper tabs to complete
