Receta de Bizcocho Mojadito Puertorriqueño ~ Bizcocho Boricua

Ingredientes: Bizcocho (Cake)
.3 tazas Harina Presto (cernida )
3 cups Presto Flour or Cake Flour

3/4 tazas Leche Fresca , Yo use 2% (3/4 cup of milk , i use 2% milk )
1 1/2 cda Vainilla - 1 1/2 tbls Vanilla

2 Barras de Mantequilla sin sal (Tempertura ambiente)
2 stick of unsalted butter at room temperature

6 yemas de huevo ( 6 egg yolks )
2 tazas de azucar granulada ( 2 cups sugar )

Merengue :
6 claras de Huevo (6 eggs whites)
1/4 cdta (tsp) de cream of tartar

Sirop o Almibar :
2 Tazas de agua (2 Cups of water)
1 tz de azucar (1 cup of sugar)
2 cdta de extracto de almendra ( 2 tsp of almond extract)
1 cdta de brandy o vainilla (1 tsp of brandy or vanillla)

Frosting:
8 tazas de azucar en polvo (8 cups of powdered sugar)
1/2 tz de leche ( 1/2 cup of milk)
1 taza de aceite vegetal crisco (1 cup of crisco)
1 cda de extracto de almendra (1 tbs of almond extract)
1/2 cdta de sal (1/2 tsp of sal)
1/2 tsp de vainilla blanca ( 1/2 tsp white vanilla)
