I finally met Mark Wildman last year during the Dutch Flow World Tour where together with ‪@Santimaceflow‬ I organised multiple workshops and certifications for the macebell in the USA. One of the stops was Los Angeles and here we organised a big two day seminar together with Mark Wildman. This seminar was specifically for the steel mace, and bo staff. Mark teaches a form of stick fighting he learned through Kung Fu and we were able to combine both tools together to give a complete seminar detailing strength and conditioning training with martial arts.
