Not a good idea to park there. Many strange things you see when you cycle.

This bike tour was cycled right after Extreme Weather Hans which ravaged parts of Norway in August 2023.

This tour starts from the center of Øyer right by the Hafjell alpine center and cycles on the west side of the river towards Lillehammer.
In Lillehammer I stop at the boat harbour, to show how much water there is.
Lake Mjøsa is flooded, and the marina is flooded as you see in the film.
When I get to Lillehammer we can see that the whole shopping center is surrounded by water, the car park is flooded and there is a lot of water on the floor of the shopping centre.
I continue cycling towards the center of Lillehammer, passing the train station, before continuing towards the center and cycling through the pedestrian street. In between, I show some pictures of rivers that are big after all the rainy weather Extreme Weather Hans brought.
Cycle on the east side of the river back to Øyer and stop by Hafjell Alpinsenter towards the end of the film.
