Gingerbread
1 cup water , 1 cup brown sugar, pinch salt, 4 tablespoons molasses or maple syrup, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, pinch clove, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg. Boil for 10 minutes and remove from heat. Add 1 teaspoons vanilla extract.

Caramel Brulee
1 cup water , 1 cup brown sugar, pinch salt. Boil for 10 minutes and remove from heat. Add 1 teaspoons vanilla extract.

Peppermint mocha
1 cup water , 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, pinch salt. Boil for 10 minutes and remove from heat. Add 1 teaspoons peppermint extract.

Sugar Cookie
1 cup water , 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, pinch salt. Boil for 10 minutes and remove from heat. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoons almond extract, 1 teaspoon butter extract or 4 teaspoon melted brown butter. Here is the butter extract we used https://a.co/d/iKvarkz

Pistachio 1 cup water , 1 cup sugar, pinch salt. Boil for 10 minutes and remove from heat. Add 1/8 teaspoons pistachio extract. here is the one we used https://a.co/d/aEcXPm6
If you do not have pistachio extract you can chop up 1/2 cup unsalted pistachios and boil them in the first part. Strain them out and add 3 tablespoons browned butter and 1 teaspoon almond extract in place of the pistachio extract at the end. We found this method to not have as intense of a flavor.
