Welcome to this demo for the HeroHunt and Greenhouse integration.

If you don't use HeroHunt yet. HeroHunt is a talent search and engagement engine that helps you find 1 billion candidates worldwide and reach them at scale.

A perfect combination with Greenhouse, because you can find new candidates and reach out to them in HeroHunt and save those candidates in Greenhouse from which you can manage all the following touchpoints with those candidates.

If Greenhouse is the gallery, HeroHunt is the tool that brings in the new paintings.

I'll first show you what we want to achieve with this integration.

When you have found valuable candidates in HeroHunt out of the 1 billion profiles in reach, and you did your initial outreach, you want to save the candidate prospect and their information in Greenhouse to be able to keep track of them for future touchpoints like follow ups and interviews.

As you can see here, you can save profiles to Greenhouse in one click.

After clicking the Greenhouse icon, you can find the profile and all its information back in Greenhouse Recruiting in the Candidates section.

Information that is saved are details like job title, headline, summary, contact details and social links.

Enable
To enable this integration, the first step is to enable the Greenhouse integration in your integration settings within HeroHunt.
Just hit the button to enable the integration. Easy.

Once you've done that, you will see a Greenhouse icon on every profile in your results.

Authentication
The first time that you save a candidate to Greenhouse, you need to sign in to your Greenhouse account to authenticate HeroHunt to save profiles.

Just simply insert your current email address that you use to sign in to Greenhouse and your password.

After clicking authenticate, you're now able to save candidates in one click to Greenhouse.

By integrating HeroHunt with Greenhouse, you now have a powerful combination of tools to find new candidates, reach out to them quickly and track them throughout the recruiting funnel all the way up to hiring.
