Custom stickers displaying 'JanJan' on the side panels.

If you want to carry out the ignition advance mod, make sure you know what you're doing. Don't come complaining here if you mess it up. It worked for us, and the bike is improved dramatically. It's at your own risk if you try it and we do NOT suggest that you do, we're simply showing you what we did!

NOTES:
Stripping the bike to get at the ignition sensor involves removing a lot of components, consult a manual.
Elongating the slots in the sensor requires a degree of accuracy, there is an air gap that needs to be maintained, consult a manual.
The sensor can only be advanced a certain amount due to the heads of the mounting bolts.
The direction the sensor needs to be moved is up to you to work out. If you can't, then you should not be attempting this mod!
This particular bike runs fine, pulls better and revs cleaner. Carb models may be different, fuel injection can compensate the fuel ratio to a certain extent.
The aftermarket exhaust fitted reduces weight which also helps improve the performance of this bike. (Sounds good too)

Finally, just to be sure you get it! We carried out this mod and it transformed Jan's Suzuki RV125. That does NOT mean we endorse it or suggest you do it, we are simply showing you what we did!
