2 ✨ Sweet Potato Tuk ✨

Ingredients:
• 500 gm Sweet Potatoes (boiled & peeled)
• ½ Tsp Red Chilli Powder
• ½ Tsp Cumin Powder
• ½ Tsp Black Pepper
• Rock Salt (to taste)
• Oil (for frying)

Method:
1️⃣ Boil sweet potatoes until soft, peel, and slightly smash them with your palm.
2️⃣ Heat oil in a pan and fry the smashed sweet potatoes until crispy. (For a healthier version, air-fry at 200°C for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.)
3️⃣ Sprinkle red chilli powder, cumin powder, black pepper, and rock salt over the crispy sweet potatoes.
4️⃣ with vrat wali chutney & enjoy!

Vrat Wale Tuk Chaat ✨

• ½ Cup Dahi (whisked)
• 2 Tbsp Imli Ki Chutney (vrat-friendly)
• 2 Tbsp Vrat Wali Green Chutney
• Extra Black Pepper & Cumin Powder for seasoning
1. Place crispy sweet potato tuks on a plate.
2. Whisked dahi, imli ki chutney, and vrat wali green chutney.
3 .Sprinkle rock salt, black pepper, and cumin powder.
