1. Natural Conditioner – Curd moisturizes dry and frizzy hair, making it soft and shiny.
2. Rich in Nutrients – It contains proteins, calcium, and vitamins that nourish the hair roots.
3. Fights Dandruff – Lactic acid in curd helps reduce dryness and flaky scalp.
4. Controls Hair Fall – Regular but limited use strengthens hair follicles and reduces hair fall.

⚠️ Cautions While Applying Curd on Hair
