About bent blue:
Bent Blue is a melodic hardcore band from San Diego, California, who first emerged in 2020 via their DC hardcore-inspired demo, Between Your and You're. Soon after, the band signed to WAR Records, who would go on to release their demo on cassette and later issue a remixed and expanded version of Between Your and You're as a limited edition 12" vinyl. In 2022 the band released their EP "Where Do Ripples Go?" on WAR Records, which saw the band expand their sound. 2023 saw yet another release; this time a split 7" with Philadelphia band Sunstroke, on New Morality Zine and WAR Records.

Now, in late 2024, the 4-piece has honed their sound and injected a healthy level of introspection into their lyricism. Signing to Indecision Records, their first full-length LP "So Much Seething" sees the band oscillate between straightforward hardcore and a post-hardcore sound. Less fast punk, but more bounce. Heavier in hooks and more introspective than ever. Bent Blue set out to write an eclectic hardcore record made for listening from start to finish.
