Budgies can eat surprisingly many things. However, they are very sensitive to some foods, such as onion-like veggies, certain seeds and dairy. To avoid any problems for your birbs, make sure you always keep these toxic foods far away from them :)

Whenever I'm not sure if my budgies can eat something, I just search in the list from Budgie World.
