3 secrets that completely saved my no comply 180 and a new 5 step method for learning how to no comply.

I struggled a lot over the summer with no complies until last month something clicked, and I wanted to share what helped me lock down the no comply FS 180. I also want to introduce a the method I used to get used to doing this trick. It might offer a new perspective and way to learn this trick for beginners.
