One small heavy pan, I use cast iron skillet, three medium size shallots, 2 cloves garlic,4 sprigs of thyme, one dried basil leaf, enough olive oil and grapeseed oil to cover shallots and garlic. Place in oven or toaster oven for 30-45 minutes at 350 or till soft and golden brown.
