The first step was to uncover who I really was.

What do YOU like to do? Learn to enjoy yourself and your own company. Get to know yourself. Date yourself. Learn to do things you LOVE, by yourself. It takes dedication to your inner work. It takes becoming your own best friend and cheerleader. It takes mindset work. How do you talk to yourself? How do you talk about yourself? Are you a fan of you? Or do you tend to be self deprecating? Befriend yourself. Date yourself. Learn to enjoy your own company.

Another thing I did...

I scripted about the friendships and relationships that I desired. An example of that scripting...

"I am so grateful for the AMAZING friendships I have. I feel so supported and loved. I am confident and make eye contact with them (side note - I used to be HORRIBLE at making eye contact with people) We cheer each other on. They're like family to me."

That's just a little example, but I hope you get the point!

The next step was...

Taking action and putting myself out there in environments where I could MEET these aligned people. It started virtually. I joined coaching programs, personal development programs. I went to LIVE events. I went to seminars and put myself in the places where these kinds of people were.
