This marshmallow Nougat recipe is so easy that I nailed it for the first time. Sounds easy, right? Follow along and make your own batch of fluffy nougats. ⬇️⬇️⬇️

The base of this nougat recipe only requires three things. And you get to decide what favors to add to the candy. In this recipe, I used a mixture of different nuts and dried fruits. But you can also go creative.

INGREDIENTS:
250 grams Marshmallow
60 grams Unsalted Butter
125 grams Milk powder
50 grams Pistachio
90 grams Whole Almonds
50 grams Cashews
30 grams Dried Apricot
30 grams Cranberries
50 grams Crackers

⚠️⚠️⚠️Note: try not to cook the mixture for too long. The heat only serves to melt the butter and marshmallow. Once the mixture is smooth, you can turn off the heat and add your nuts and Fruits. Overcooked, the candy may become too hard.
