Key falls out of key fob cheap fix save hundreds

If your key falls out of your key fob this could save you hundreds of dollars and alot of time. I'm a machinist who figured out this DIY fix IF you have the appropriate tooling and parts at home. You could also borrow or purchase them if you know people. This is for a 2013 VW Passat fob, same procedure for many others, maybe different sized pin.

I used:

1. roll pins from my rc cars stub axles, .0060" or 1.5mm or M1.5 roll pin
2. pliers
3. Drexel tool with 60 grit grinding disc
4. eye protection
5. light gloves (careful around rotating equipment)
7. Digital caliper to read size of hole and pin
