Megaman X2 - Crystal Snail First

Megaman X2 is the only Megaman X game on the SNES where you don't have to backtrack to get everything in the game. While it is not necessary to do Crystal Snail first, I do so to show it is possible.

To get the first heart in the stage, you need to use the robot to hover over the abyss. Tap A instead of holding it.

The helmet in this game is more useful then the helmet in Megaman X1, but it doesn't help when you know where everything is. Just makes X look angrier.

Crystal Snail has a lot of defense so he's really annoying. Run away from him after shooting him, he'll always sneeze back at you. If he traps you, MASH EVERYTHING ON THE CONTROLLER. Sometimes he'll jump up, then spin faster then normal. If you can shoot him while he does this it's an easy hit. Otherwise, he'll activate the slow motion.
