FixError E3 Samsung Front Loading (and how to fix)

Error E3 Samsung Front Loading (WF0702NCE).

Drum not turning at all, because carbon brush on electric motor has depleted.

But on Samsung Service Center at my area, only have a whole motor. They don`t have Carbon Brush only.

So i buy it from online store.

But then, there is terms on Samsung Service Center at my area, not allow their technician to working on my Washing Machine because the new carbon brush i have not coming from their store.

So in this video, i try to replace carbon brush on my own.

Drum tidak bergerak sama sekali, karena carbon brush (arang) pada dinamonya sudah habis.

Tapi di Samsung Service Center, hanya tersedia dinamo komplit. Gak bisa beli carbon brush nya saja.

Jadi aku beli lah di toko online.

Tapi kemudian, Samsung Service Center nya bilang kalau ada aturan di tempat mereka yang melarang teknisi nya untuk memperbaiki menggunakan parts yang tidak dibeli dari mereka.

Jadi di video ini, aku coba untuk mengganti carbon brush sendiri.
