Climbing events attract many locals to Huntsman World Senior Games

ST. GEORGE, Utah (10/16/2024) – As a new sport added to the Huntsman World Senior Games, climbing has already attracted local enthusiasts. About 50% of those who signed up for the competitions are from Washington County.
The sport includes competitions in speed climbing, lead climbing and top rope climbing.
Competitors ages 52-86 joined in the action at the Contact Climbing Gym in St. George.
