Following my Wan 2.2 Comparison Test video, a number of people asked if I could provide my base ComfyUI workflows that I used in that video. If you’re using Wan 2.2, and haven’t seen that video yet, then it’s certainly worth taking a look at. You’ll get a unique insight into the different Wan 2.2 models and their results, in terms of generation speeds, quality and prompt adherence. It’ll also clarify which file options you’ll want to choose and download for each of the workflows in this video.

So, for those of you that asked, this is a really quick video to drop you the links to the workflows, run through the easy way to set them up, and point out their key settings with a few tips thrown in, so you can just get straight on with generating videos.

All of my Wan 2.2 local ComfyUI base workflows are based on the default workflows, without any added LoRAs or speed improving modifications. As you can see on the screen, there’s a total of six base workflows. They’re broken down into the three different Wan 2.2 model variants, namely Wan 2.2 5B, 14B GGUF and 14B, and then each is broken down further into text-to-video and image-to-video workflows. This way, you can just grab the specific workflow you need, without having any unnecessary complications or clutter in them.
