🩷 Pretests and Muscle Testing for Touch For Health Kinesiology 🙏

When doing any muscle monitoring (muscle testing) it’s important to reset your energies so that the tests will be more accurate.

These simple movements can declutter your mind and clear away the fog. They will balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain, the top and bottom and front and back, and get you set up for any other part of a session, but more importantly, they are a great way to set your brain and your energy for success each morning.

I’ve also included how to muscle test yourself so you can make wiser choices, determine the best foods or medication (and even the dosage) for you. Simple things often work more than the complicated when we break them down.

Here I explain some of the pretests I use in a Touch For Health Kinesiology session, but also teach you how to:
• reset, realign and raise your energy
• balance the energies in your brain and energy system
• do testing on yourself to get answers from your subconscious
• declutter a cloudy mindset
• set yourself up for success
