Drum Major Phillip Michie and Pipe Major Elaine Strachan leading Ellon & District RBL Pipe Band into the 2023 Aboyne Highland Games. These were held on Saturday 5th August 2023 at Aboyne in Aberdeenshire, Scotland and the band were playing "The 10th Highland Light Infantry Crossing the Rhine" and "Bonnie Dundee" as they marched through the crowd.

Having formed in 1867, Aboyne is regarded as "The Traditional Highland Games" and continues to attract thousands of visitors to watch this wonderful display of Scottish culture in one of the most scenic parts of Aberdeenshire.
