Initialize Git and Push in VS Code Terminal:

Initialize a new Git repository
git init

Add all files to the staging area
git add .

Commit changes with a meaningful message
git commit -m "Initial commit"

Link local repository to GitHub
git remote add origin [repository_url]

Create a new branch
git branch -M main

Push changes to the main branch
git push -u origin main
