Jamaican and Japanese Students - A Cultural Exchange

Описание к видео Jamaican and Japanese Students - A Cultural Exchange

My family's non-profit organization, the Negril Education Environment Trust (NEET), has been engaged in a relationship with the Prefecture of Tottori Japan since 2017. Students from Tottori visited us here in Jamaica back then and engaged with students from NEET. In 2019 13 NEET students had the opportunity to visit Tottori Japan as part of this cultural exchange. However, due to the pandemic we have been unable to visit each other in person. In the absence of travel both parties have decided to create videos for each other to continue this international cultural exchange as well as to encourage one another through these trying times.

I am really proud of the students in this video. They all worked very hard. The video created by the Tottori students was also pretty awesome. I am so happy to be apart of this program. I hope we're able to visit Tottori sometime next year. In the meantime we will continue to create videos just like this.

Information on NEET as well as Tottori Japan can be found in the links below. Please enjoy.
