How to fix P0204 Code: Injector Circuit/Open Cylinder 4
A P0204 code is set when the computer (ECM/PCM) detects the voltage is not correct for the cylinder #4 fuel Injector.

The computer detects the injector high voltage control circuit is shorted to ground or open for greater than 2 seconds.

Causes include a broken wire, loose terminal, faulty injector, or some other circuit interruption issue with the #4 Fuel Injector Circuit.
