1: pick with a stance width of about hip width apart
2: make sure your hips and pelvis are directly under the bar
3: after you unravel the bar, let the bar settle and stop moving, then brace so that you are tight on the walkout. Treat it like a movement, because it is one!
4. Take one step back, one step to get your stance wider and more comfortable, and third step to adjust your foot angle, stance width, and balance.
5: breathe, create tension, and squat.
