This is "YS-11FC".
Similar to the U-125, it is a flight inspection machine that inspects
the state of the function of the air security radio facility to assist
the navigation of the aircraft by radio waves. Since the receipt of
Unit 1 in 1970, one is still active. It is one of the few aircraft remaining in Japan,
with passenger-specific aircraft of the same type being abolished in May 2017.
