Saudi Arabia's top diplomat, Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, has said that the kingdom will not normalize ties with Israel in the absence of a two-state solution with the Palestinians. The comments were made at the World Economic Forum in Davos and come as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu discusses normalization with Saudi Arabia in talks with White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan. The US-brokered Abraham Accords in 2020 saw the UAE and Bahrain establish full diplomatic ties with Israel, but Saudi Arabia has repeatedly refused to normalize ties with the US-ally due to its occupation of Palestinian territories.
