Matthew Armstrong interviews Dr. Robert Young about his research in the field of Microbiology, and specifically how through testing people's blood he has come to understand that there is only one dis-ease, and that all illness stems from this. This is over-acidification of the cells. Dr. Young explains that all functions of the body cause acid and that by nature our body is alkaline. So in order to stay healthy we need to keep our body in an alkaline state.

Dr. Young also explains that we are electrical beings and that our body needs salt to help charge our cells.
