Serves 4-5
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Water ½ Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 4-5
-Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch piece
-Boneless chicken fillet 600g
-Cooking oil ½ Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 4 medium
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ¼ Cup
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 inch piece
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 2
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne

Directions:
-In a blender jug,add water,garlic,ginger,blend well & set aside.
-Roughly chop chicken with the help of hands & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,hand chopped chicken mince & mix well until it changes color & cook on medium flame until it dries up (3-4 minutes).
-Add green chillies,pink salt & mix well.
-Add ginger garlic water,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add tomatoes & mix well,cover & cook on medium flame until tomatoes are soft (4-5 minutes) then cook on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Remove tomato peels.
-Add yogurt,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,ginger,mix well & cook until oil separates (1-2 minutes).
-Add green chillies,fresh coriander & mix well.
-Sprinkle black pepper crushed.
-Garnish with fresh coriander,ginger & serve with paratha!

Ajza:

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne

Directions:
-Blender jug mein pani,lehsan aur adrak dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Chicken ko roughly chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur hand chopped chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein aur darmiyani ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes).
-Hari mirchein aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan water dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per tamatar naram ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes) phir tez ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Tomato peels ko remove ker lein.
-Dahi,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder aur adrak dal ker aur oil alag ho jaay tak paka lein (1-2 minutes).
-Hari mirchein aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Kali mirch crushed dal dein.
-Hara dhania aur adrak sa garnish ker lein aur paratha ka saath serve karein!
