Dr. Sean is a native New Yorker and graduated from Brown University. While at Brown, he was the captain of the Division I Track and Field Team, as well as an Ivy League Indoor and Outdoor Champion in the Triple Jump.
With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Dr. Thomas is currently a Clinical Director for one of the largest PT companies in the Northeast of America and has been practicing for over a decade. Outside of the clinic, Sean has competed in over 20 Spartan Races, is a 5 time marathoner, a former professional dancer, and the C.E.O. of Be More Today, a fitness company that provides information and inspiration to help ordinary people do extraordinary things.
