This is a stage flow that you can prectice on your yoga mat or even a carpet. The simple yoga asanas will allow you to bring your awareness to the present moment and help you ❤️ let go of any stressful thought.🧠🧠🧠🧠🧠🧠🧠🧠🧠

Things of Remember

1. Always prectice yoga aasan on an empty stomach. Keep a gap at least 3 hours between your meal and your prectice. If you have eaten fruits, a gap of 2 hours would be sufficient. 🍓🍎

2. Wear loose comfortable cotton clothes and half nikar. Please DO NOT wear tight jeans and polestar, dry fit clothes while  prectice asanas. You skin requires fresh air during yoga aasan.
3. If you are a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you while you prectice. This will allow you to observe your postures and help you auto corrects day by day .
