Throughout the entirety of NFL history, NFL players have tried to get an advantage over the rest of the competition through trash talk. But, what happens when trash-talking another guy goes completely wrong? This video covers several moments where trash-talking backfired horribly and a valuable lesson was learned. There have been players like Tom Brady and Rodney Harrison who played for that 2004 Patriots team that won the super bowl under Bill Belichick and that was able to overcome NFL trash talk. But some players like Trent Williams, Richard Sherman, Charlie Waters, and Cliff Harris were able to take revenge, but also suffered consequences because of their actions. So if you think the Dallas Cowboys are going to be good this year and could potentially make a run at the super bowl in 2022, then you are wrong because with Russell Wilson now on the broncos, the entire American Football league is screwed.
