Having tried , 3 other styles of hotpot , notably the Chengdu, the Mongolian, and the fish head , it was time for the Primemutton to review the king of Chinese hotpots , the Chongqing style. Surely the spiciest of all the variants.

However , while exploring the streets of Chengdu , Sichuan province , there proved to be many culinary distractions. A Michelin star restaurant, and boundless street food proved to be too big a distraction and in true Mutton style , it took a couple of days to actually get to the hot pot restaurant.
