Old laptops? Neverware Chrome OS vs. Windows 7! Bad laptop challenge.

Is it viable to use Neverware to speed up old computers?
I test an HP 100e Intel Atom N455 1.66GHz 1GB RAM laptop with Neverware CloudReady (ChromeOS / ChromiumOS) operating system and also Windows 7 side by side to almost review the new OS.

I also try native Chromium OS from a nightly build but fail.

Shows the USB stick creation, installation procedure and usage of Neverware CloudReady OS and speed of page rendering, youtube video playback and problems playing back online audio in the stock configuration. I also compare the speed with Windows 7 with the Chrome Browser.
