Never assume a building is merely just dull concrete and steel. Buildings can be hi-tech as well. Here at BROAD Town, BROAD Group has built a F Tower which is full of miracles. The entire building was made of 100% stainless steel, without one single inch of concrete. While its cost is similar to that of concrete buildings. Besides, the entire building was factory-made and installed on site at a speed of 3 floors per day.

This magnificent work is given credit for the mysterious material - the BCore slab. This hi-tech material is composed of two stainless steel plates held together with an array of extremely thin core tubes through the 1100℃ copper brazing process. Life span of BCore slabs processed at 1100℃ is 260 times longer than the steel plate material. Besides, BCore is 5 times stronger than steel structure, able to resist a 9.0 degree Richter scale magnitude earthquake.

Moreover, the upper part of F Tower was extended to save land space. Owing to Bcore slab, which is 10 times lighter compared to traditional constructions, the cantilever stretched out as far as 17 meters, makeing it the most dramatic building on earth.

“Construction waste accounts for 50% of global waste. Sustainable development of buildings is the key to the future development of the world”, said chairman of BROAD Group, Zhang Yue.

As BROAD Group products always follows principle of eco-friendliness, a building made with BCore slabs will reduce 90% carbon emission and 95% construction waste. To be more energy-saving, insulation rock-wool is inserted to achieve 20 times better effect on heat insulation than concrete.

These energy-saving technologies are by no means difficult. Yet what a shame few people really pay attention to them till the covid-19 has broken out. Thanks to 100% fresh air int he building, there is no mixed return air, and therefore no cross infection. What's more, BROAD Fresh Air machine makes indoor air 100 times cleaner than outdoors.

Fresh air systems around the world have adopted the US standard of 30% fresh air and 70% return air.
