Shallots - 15 Nos
Poppy Seeds - 2 Tsp
Cashew Nuts - 10 Nos
Fennel Seeds - 1 Tsp

To Make Parotta Salna

Oil - 4 Tbsp
Whole Spices
( Cinnamon, Bay Leaf, Cardamom, Cloves, Mace, Star Anise, Stone Flower )
Onion - 3 Nos
Green Chilli -3 Nos
Curry Leaves
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
Tomato - 4 Nos
Salt - 2 Tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 2 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 Tsp
Water - 3 Cups
Mint Leaves - 1 Bowl
Coriander Leaves - 1 Bowl
