Today in this video, I am going to discuss about Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory. This theory was proposed by Abraham Maslow a clinical psychologist in an attempt to understand human personality and motivation.He strongly felt that human behaviour is motivated by their needs, when one need is satisfied the higher order needs emerges which operates our life. Maslow's has classified the needs into basic or lower order needs and higher order needs, So in this video we will discuss the Pyramid of Hierarchy of Needs in detail.
